Hello friends and happy holidays.
We’re still truckin’. We’ve made great progress while having to work two jobs, but not as much as we wanted. We had hoped to finish the book by the end of the year, but with the holiday’s it has been pretty tough. Good news though, 85% of the pages have been completed. Here’s a fancy progress bar I made for you.
In other news, I’d like to start giving you some character bios, starting with Niera’s right hand man, Emily.

Born to parents on the high rises of the inner city, Emily was destined to grow up in a life of luxury. But everything changed when she was separated her from her family as a young girl. Taken under the protection of Niera the Snatcher, an insurgent hacker and survivor of Salvation, she grew up on the harsh streets of south east Shepherd's Rest. Fighting to protect her new family became her number one priority. Now that her adoptive mother is old and weak, Emily leads the fight against opposing gangs and corrupt law enforcement that seek to tear down everything Niera has built.
How exciting! Emily is one our favorite characters (also happens to be one of our backers) and she has a pretty great arc in store too.

First, sorry for the late update. Since taking on new work, we've had to burn the candle at both ends in order to get this done. It has been very difficult to have a social presence. But no news is worse than bad news, so I apologize for keeping you all in the dark.
There really isn't anything to report - another reason this update hasn't come out in a while. I tried to come up with something new, but for the life of me I can't come up with anything other than we are still projected to ship the books at the end of February. Digital editions will be emailed out once we finalize our proof copies for print.
Please feel free to ask me any questions you have. There have been some problems with the notifications I've been receiving through Kickstarter, so I'll make sure to double check by checking the page as well. Again, sorry and I'll have some eye candy for you next update.
